Na tym samym laptopie co zainstalowany subiekt nexo, serwer SQL nie instalowałem bo był zainstalowany w katalogu C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server

Skoro nie można połączyć się z serwerem SQL to nie uznał Pan za istotne napisać kto i z jakimi parametrami go zainstalował ? Proszę zrobić to teraz.

To polecam zwrócić mu laptopa i/lub program i znaleźć takiego dostawcę, który poradzi sobie z instalacją i serwisem programów.

Zawartość jest z godziny 6:44, więc to nie jest ostatni log, kolejny log ma zapisy z godziny 10:42... Log nie wygląda na kompletny lub serwer SQL tak nieoczekiwanie zakończył działanie, że dopisał dodatkowych informacji do logu.

W poprzednich komputerach instalowałem tylko sam program INSERT NEXO i wszystko działało za każdym razem. Tu zrobiłem identycznie, ale tym razem napotkałem problem. Nie jestem informatykiem i staram się opisywać tak jak mogę, ale dziękuję panu za pomoc, bo jak widać jeden z partnerów INSERT-u woli klepać formułki o tym, "że zły Microsoft coś popsuł w windows 11 i musi on naprawić, a ja kupić laptopa z windows 10"

Jeśli trzeba coś dodatkowo instalować to oczywiście to uczynię.

Nie prawda, nie ma takiej możliwości, programy Insertu przechowują dane w bazach danych poprzez serwer SQL Microsoftu, więc nie mogą działać bez serwera SQL.

Niestety to też nie jest prawdą - programy nie działają "w próżni" tylko w środowisku tworzonym przez system operacyjny i sprzęt, jak zrozumiałem z opisu jest to Pana pierwsza instalacja w systemie Windows 11, który (jak zostało wskazane wyżej) stwarza problemy, który wcześnie nie były znane - ja jeszcze takiej (serwerowej) nie wykonywałem.

No cóż, chyba się zgodzimy, że lepiej unikać problemów niż je rozwiązywać, a aby ich unikać należy korzystać z wiedzy i doświadczenia innych... Z drugiej strony branża oprogramowania, zwłaszcza najpopularniejszego w naszym kraju jakim są programy Insertu ma duży zasadniczy problem - wiele firm sprzedaje programy, ale bardzo niewiele z nich oferuje usługi wdrożeniowe i serwisowe.

Trzeba poprawnie zainstalować serwer SQL, niestety nie udało mi się dowiedzieć jakie operacje na serwerze SQL były wykonywane na tym laptopie, zastanawia mnie data modyfikacji z 24 września 2019 roku innych baz danych niż "master", dla których w logu pojawiają się błędy. Może Pan spróbować:

  • odinstalować serwer SQL (instancja "INSERTNEXO")
  • usunąć folder "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL15.INSERTNEXO" jeśli pozostanie
  • odinstalować programy nexo (aby przy ponownej instalacji programów nexo można było również zainstalować serwer SQL)
  • zainstalować programy nexo (z serwerem SQL)
